Terms of Service

Bloomy is a self-tracking and reflection tool. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose, and nothing it shows you is a clinical opinion. The coaching and insight features are generated by software reading your own entries. They can be wrong.

Do not use Bloomy in place of care from a qualified professional, and do not delay seeking care because of something it said. Nothing here creates a therapeutic relationship.

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line now. Bloomy is not monitored and cannot respond to an emergency.

You need an account to use Bloomy, and you must be at least 16. Keep access to your email secure, since anyone who can read it can request a sign-in link. Tell us if you believe someone else has reached your account.

One account is for one person. Do not share it, and do not use it on someone else's behalf without their knowledge.

What you write in Bloomy is yours. We claim no ownership of it. We process it only to run the product for you, as described in the Privacy Policy, and you can export or delete it at any time.

You are responsible for what you put in. Do not store other people's personal information in your entries without a reason to have it.

Some features require a subscription. Prices are shown before you subscribe, billing runs through our payment processor, and the plan renews at the end of each period until you cancel.

You can cancel whenever you like and keep access until the period you paid for ends. We do not prorate partial periods. If we raise prices, the change applies from your next renewal and we will tell you first.

Do not attempt to break into the service, disrupt it for others, scrape it, or reverse engineer it. Do not use it to store unlawful content. Do not resell access.

We may suspend an account that is doing these things. Where the situation allows it, we will explain why first.

Bloomy is provided as it is. We work to keep it running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and features can change or be withdrawn. If we discontinue the product, we will give you notice and time to export everything.

To the extent the law allows, Bloomy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for decisions you make based on what the product showed you, or for data loss beyond restoring from the most recent backup. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

You can close your account at any time from Settings, which deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We can end the agreement if you break these terms. The sections on liability and on your entries survive the ending.

We will email you before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use Bloomy after that means you accept the revised terms. If you do not, close the account and export your data.

A contact address has not been published for this deployment yet. Legal and data requests can be made from the account settings inside the app until one is.
